I have a mid 2012 13 inch MacBook Pro, and an iPhone 12 Pro Max running iOS 17. I had to replace the hard drive in the Mac. After replacement, I cannot transfer phone calls back-and-forth between the iPhone and the Mac anymore. I looked up the fix on how to solve this from the command line, and the file that the fix tells me to replace is not there in the first place, please help. Thanks for your time and your assistance.
What macOS is the Macbook Pro running? That may be important as Handoff for phone calls require mac OS 10.10 "Yosemite" or higher to do what your want. Have you made sure that the first five bullet points in this article:
