Hi silviboii ,

For your solution you can check these steps.

Solution 1: Check your Wi-Fi settings

Make sure that your Wi-Fi is turned on and that you're connected to the correct network. You can also try forgetting your Wi-Fi network and then reconnecting to it. To do this, go to Settings > Wi-Fi and tap on the blue "i" icon next to your network name. Then, tap on Forget This Network. Once you've forgotten your network, you can reconnect to it by entering your password.

Solution 2: Check your Do Not Disturb settings

Do Not Disturb can prevent you from receiving notifications, even when your phone is unlocked. Make sure that Do Not Disturb is turned off by going to Settings > Do Not Disturb and making sure that the switch is turned off.

Solution 3: Update your iPhone

Apple regularly releases software updates that can fix bugs and improve performance. Make sure that your iPhone is up to date by going to Settings > General > Software Update. If an update is available, tap on Download and Install.

Solution 4: Contact Apple Support

If you've tried all of the above solutions and you're still having problems, you can contact Apple Support for help. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and determine if there's a problem with your iPhone or your router.

Here are some additional tips for troubleshooting this issue:

  • Try moving your router to a different location.
  • Try using a different Wi-Fi network.
  • Try restarting your router.
  • Try restarting your iPhone.

If you've tried all of these things and you're still having problems, you may need to contact your ISP for help.

That is normal behavior, if you want to stay connect you either turn of data or plug your phone to a power source so it stays connected to wifi.
