apple ID

can a company create and use the same apple ID to multiple devices

Anybody can do that (I have mine on 5 devices). Whether or not it makes sense is another matter. Reaize that anything done on one device might well be reflected on other devices, so if you have 5 users they may be conflicting with one another.


I suspect a proper answer to your question would involve an analysis of your objectives. Apple has various solutions for using and managing devices on an enterprise scale. You can start here: Intro to Apple Business Essentials - Apple Support


You may ultimately wish to get advice for somebody more familiar with business use of Apple equipment. Refer to this document for ways to contact Apple --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
