I'm from Honduras, a country in Central America, the Caribbean. When trying to change my region, it won't accept the postal code fitting to my city, even though it's in my address. And yes, my balance is clear, and yes, I don't have any subscriptions. Why isn't it working? There is no other postal code than this one.
I’ve already tried every customer service apple has, nothing has helped. I’ve found out their postal code system for Honduras is outdated. I researched enough for me to find the old postal code that matched my city, and it accepted it. New problem though, it wouldnt accept my card number number anymore. Once I sorted that out, it said it couldn’t process my information and told me to contact customer service to sort the problem out. Which, all customer service apple offers are things unavailable to me. So I’m back to 0. I thank you for your help, though. Much appreciated.
