I was wondering how to backup my phone and iPad Tony computer. I used to do it using iTunes but don't find a way to do it with Music on my laptop. Just wondering what has changed and how to do it now.

Currently it's a requirement to have the iTunes application installed on a PC, or directly in Finder on a recent Mac.
