why all photos are on iCloud but they still occupy storage on iPhone?
Go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Photos and make sure âOptimize iPhone Storageâ is selected. If âDownload and keep Originalsâ is selected, you will have full size pictures/videos on your phone and in iCloud.
