new iPhone no iCloud storage
I have a brand new iPhone 11. I have 3 photos in my albums. But my iCloud is saying it's full. How do I access the photos it appears to be holding to delete them?

Go to:
Log in with your Apple ID, click on Photos and delete the photos you no longer need.
Then delete the photos from the 'Album', 'Recently deleted' to regain iCloud storage.
Best regards
