Extending Macbook Air Display(macOS Ventura Version 13.3.1, M2) to iPadPro (2nd generation)

I’ve tried all the ways on the web to extend Macbook Air(macOS Ventura Version 13.3.1) display on my iPadPro (2nd generation). My newest Macbook Air would not show the presence of my iPad, however, my iPad Pro is able to detect my Macbook Air.

Where on your MacBook Air are you looking for your iPad Pro exactly?

To use the Side Car feature you can go to System Settings ➜ Displays and click the little dropdown with a + sign.

Or click on the control center icon on the menu bar, and then on Screen Mirroring

The menu should show all the available airplay screens the Mac can find. If the iPad is not in that list, then make sure it's turned on, unlocked, and they are using the same Apple ID and the iPad and Mac are updated to the most current iPadOS and macOS versions available.
