iPhone 13 Pro Max - Apps Running SLOW!

My iPhone 13 Pro Max is fine but some of the apps run slow and it can take up to a minute for the app to load. I've deleted and reinstalled the apps, updated to the most recent app and iOS versions, don't have a lot of memory used up, and the apps work just fine with my older device. I transferred my data from my iPhone X using iCloud and a previous back up. I have not tried doing a factory reset out of the hassle but at this point, I may try it. Has anyone else run into this with their iPhone 13 Pro Max?
