So my girlfriend has a iPhone 13. She told me her apps keeps blurring out when trying to open them in front of me. My question is can you make it seem like your apps won’t open or when you do click on them they’re blurry and don’t open.
Yes if the apps are offloaded automatically.
There are two ways you can offload Apps
- This is to be done manually for each app. Settings > General > iPhone Storage > (Tap on any App ) > Offload App
- This will offload apps automatically after 12 days of inactivity of an App. Settings > App Store > Offload Unused Apps [Enable]

This feature, known as "Offload Unused Apps," allows users to free up storage space on their devices by automatically removing infrequently used apps while keeping their documents and data intact. When an offloaded app is selected again from the home screen, it is reinstalled from the App Store without losing any saved data.
You will have to use the Same Apple ID to download the apps.
