i think my phone number was blocked but i get a delivred notificstion underr an imessage when I send it.

• Ask the Recipient: As the sender, why not ask the recipient if they have blocked you out?

• Phone Calls: If you can't Make or Receive Calls on your iPhone - Apple Support

• Messages: If you can't Send or Receive Messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

• Android User: Is the recipient an Android user? Plenty reports of call errors between Android users and iPhone users are ported on these forums.
