Seeking a Sample Time Sheet in Numbers to Manage daily, weekly, coverage employee

I’m managing multiple Care Providers. Each person works a different shift or portion of hours. I have a fixed number of hours to spread between 4 people each week. I seeking to have a tool that each employee will sign into each day and that can be tallied each week. I can do this on a Laptop or an iPad can anyone help?
