Resetting your Apple ID for You

You need to contact Apple, yourself. These are just user-to-user forums. We are just everyday Apple-users like yourself. No one here has access to your account information (and that is a good thing, BTW).

A. Try Later On:

Perhaps the servers are too busy, or perhaps there is not enough broadband to handle what is occurring.

B. Reset your Router:

Unplug your router for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. See it If then works.

C. Contact Apple Support:

Ask that the iTunes staff to change it to what it should be. IMPORTANT: Perform a trial-&-error login session while on the phone with the Apple Rep, just to be certain you can log on to it.

Apple Contact Us Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as Necessary
  • NOTE: Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, calls are taking a bit linger to get through. And, that makes sense, because many are at home working out-of-the-house or are taking classes over-the-web, this they have more time on their hands to contact Apple Support. So, it might take a bit to get through to Apple Support. But, just stay on the line, and someone will be with yo
