✽ Check whether or not your wi-fi or cellular signal is strong enough.
✽ You can check for an outage via Apple’s System Status page: (a green dot signifies all is ok)

✽ Try restarting your iPhone (deletes temporary files, re-establishes connections, may up dae recent setting changes and often restores order if something is not working as expected.)
