✽ Check whether or not your wi-fi or cellular signal is strong enough.


✽ You can check for an outage via Apple’s System Status page: (a green dot signifies all is ok)

Apple - Support - System Status


✽ Try restarting your iPhone (deletes temporary files, re-establishes connections, may up dae recent setting changes and often restores order if something is not working as expected.)

Check your iPhone is updated to the newest compatible iOS version:

About iOS 18 Updates - Apple Support says iOS 18.7.1

Also says: "This update provides important security fixes and is recommended for all users.

(NB: A friendly reminder: it is always wise to back up iPhone before updating iOS version.}
