I see requests for help on this issue going back to 2017, but cannot find an answer. My desktop runs Ventura 13.3.1. I drag and drop my company logo (png) into the email signature editor and it always appears as an attachment, not an embedded image. I do the same thing on my laptop (Big Sur 11.7.4) and it works perfectly fine. If anyone has a solution to this I'd be most grateful, but please note that I am a computer user not a programmer!

The current stable release of Ventura including bug fixes, security updates is macOS Ventura 13.4 - I would start there.

Thank-you, leroydouglas. I've done that now but the png logo still appears as an attachment, not as an image in the signature text. It's a gmail account, does that make a difference?
