Heath not syncing Heart Rate with Garmin Connect - new issue 5/23/23

Up until 2 days ago the daily track of my Heart Rate was appearing in Health (from Garmin Connect). That stopped at 5:14 pm on 5/23/23. Since then I have updated IOS and Connect but it did not help. I have also made sure about permissions and app priority as instructed. I already contacted Garmin who haven't been able to help so far, so tossing the question here to find if anyone has a solution.
