Can't paste email address in Mac Mail

I'm using Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1. I have updated everything that the App Store prompted me to update. I restarted my MBP (2020 M1).

What the heck?

Try rebooting the machine....?

Try uninstalling your third party app—"using my clipboard manager app, iClip"— and compare your results.
