How To Play Game Pigeon On Macbook 13

There's an app called "GamePigeon" in the iPhone and iPad App Stores.

I don't see it in the Mac App Store. That suggests that there is not a Mac version.

I believe that Apple-Silicon-based Macs can run iOS apps (after a fashion) IF the developers choose to make the apps available in the Mac App Store. The "GamePigeon" developers probably have not done so. (Note that I am on an Intel-based Mac.)

Perhaps if you describe what it is, someone could help.
