Can you retrieve lost sleep data?

Hey! I woke up earlier than my sleep schedule and made the mistake of changing my wake up time and lost my sleep data!

Is there a way to retrieve it?

Why did I lose all my sleep data from last night sleep when all I did was edit my wake up time the morning of? I have every other data points (heart rate, respiratory etc), but my sleep is lost? Makes no sense. All I did was just edit my wake up time so it could track a couple hours longer the morning of. So why does it still have all the other data. But not my sleep? How to track sleep data without alarm or before alarm This is not a wild ask—but it is something that hasn’t been resolved where I can see the resolution. I want to track my sleep data but I have no interest in setting an alarm or sleeping up to an alarm if avoidable. How do I keep my sleep data without an alarm?! This isn’t abnormal in human behavior—this has to be doable.
