Hi. I've seen other posts on this topic that have been closed without any real answer or solution. The apple support member seems to think that setting up Apple Music with Alexa is somehow the answer when it absolutely is not. Alexa has no problem playing Apple Music. The issue is with the Facebook Portal. It's impossible to get an answer from Facebook. Does anyone know a work-around, or how it could be possible to stream Apple Music from the Portal device?
I contacted Portal support and the only response they gave was that Apple Music wasn't supported. They did not specify if this issue was on their end or on Apple's. There doesn't appear to be any answer anywhere as to why or whose fault this is. Maybe no one knows? It's frustrating to say the least. It would be nice to have the full picture so that I could decide to toss the Portal in the trash or ditch Apple Music and switch to Spotify. But there are no answers or reasons or solutions coming from anywhere.
