Haptics issue

haptics suddenly stops working on iPhone 13. But when i do force restart haptics work completely fine but there’s times when it stops working suddenly and every time it happens i need to restart it in order to work properly I think it’s a IOS 16 issue

If your issue was an iOS 16 issue, it would effect everyone, but it most certainly is not. This forum would be flooded with people complaining, but they're not. I would schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and have your phone tested. You may have a hardware issue.
