IOS system repair not working

Hello Friends. I have bought an ipad 7th gen with recovery screen stuck. I tried to connect it to my pc and exit from recovery mode. Nothing helped, It got stucked on boot loop. So I put it in the recovery mode again. I tried every solution that I found on the internet.I have tried every way of restoring my ipad. With itunes, already when new software was downloaded, in extracting stage my Ipad disconnected on its own but the cable was plugged. I tried to repair its ios with third party pro version program and the respond was still the same..

did it for like 3 hours...

i googled for help like 2 hours and nothing...maybe it is mechanical problem please do you have a solution?
