Cannot turn off show my caller id option

Who is your carrier? If your carrier is a legacy CDMA carrier (e.g. in the U.S. Verizon and their virtual network operators), you will not have an option on the phone to enable or disable that feature. You may be able to do it from your carriers app, from your carriers website or by dialing a short code.
