Issue with sound calls on iPhone

I have an iPhone 14 pro and whenever I make phone calls if there is too much background noise on my end it cuts out what I can hear from the person I am talking to. I’m not sure how to fix this but I haven’t had this issue before and it’s a bit disappointing

I am having the same issue (iPhone14). Any noise whatsoever, even breathing or moving my foot, makes the audio cut out on phone calls so the person on the other end just keeps cutting in and out. There can be no background noise, and I have to hold perfectly still and hold my breath to hear what the other person is saying.

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right
