1 in 5 icloud emails missing via custom domain

Hi, Approximately 1 in 5 emails sent to me never arrive as evidenced by screenshots from senders requesting action. Please help solve this, is there a cache that needs refreshing to re-send blocked emails?

Let's check to make sure that "Allow All" incoming messages is selected in settings:


  1. "On iCloud.com, click the App Launcher button in the toolbar, then click Custom Email Domain.
  2. Select a domain name, scroll down, then click Turn On Allow All.
