i cant find the Sim Application option under sim pin option in mobile data settings...i have updated to ios 16.5 and i know the place of sim Application has been changed...but i could not find it under mobile data settings..please help ..i want to disable flash messages ....from INDIA. I am using two sim airtel and jio but

Then this is clear that this is not iPhone issue. This is SIM related.
Please contact Airtel. This is a carrier Specific feature. Please see the pic below.

firstly i think u did not get my question i am saying there is no option for sim application. In your screen shot as well there is no option for sim application please verify.
Secondly if this is sim issue how it is not working for both jio and airtel even in your case that is airtel
