Little blue pixels when screen is black on new MacBook pro

My MacBook Pro is about 7 months old but already seems to have some stuck pixels, little blue dots which can primarily be seen when the screen is black. I am not sure how to deal with these and I am not sure what caused them?

You take physical problems to Apple for evaluation.

Be aware, all makers have acceptance standards on this: how many, how tightly clustered, located in direct view (extreme corners usually ineligible) or not and so forth. Not all dead pixels meet the acceptance criteria for free replacement under warranty. Apple will have to see it.
