No, unless you gave the Apple ID to another person along with your password. Otherwise, not sure why you would want to change your Apple ID. If you have forgotten your password, changing the Apple ID is not going to help unlock a phone or solve other Apple ID problems.


If you suspect a security issue, you would normally want to change your password. That would lock out anyone else who might know your Apple ID. They won't be able to get in unless you give them the new password.
