When someone sends me a text message with a picture I can’t open it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem.

Messages in my phone is not opening at all Adter updating to ios16 messages app does not open at all !! What is going on ?

Messed up text? I have this one friend who I texted and the message went green and I thought they didn’t respond but when I opened my macbook they had. The message never showed on my phone and it still won’t. Any message sent from my phone won’t send, but if I try on my MacBook it sends. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Please make sure that iCould Photos is turned ON. Also, please ensure that iCloud isn’t full. If it is, please see Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support, to learn how to manage it.

If the issue persists, please contact your carrier, and/or Apple Support.
