appletv wont run due to restriction
how to make appletv run. Due to hidden restriction, it does not show up. App store shows it already on device but due to restriction, it can be seen or run.

The oldest models are unfortunately not supported. You’ll need iPad (model 2013 or later) with OS 10.2 or later.
If a certain app has been moved (accidentally) on iPad, then you may try to find it in another location on the home screen, perhaps in a folder, or on a 2nd or 3rd home screen page.
You can also open apps from Search, regardless of where their app icons are.
Devices that have been part of MDM (corporate controlled or school controlled) may have a device profile that disables certain functions. Resold or given away devices should have had profiles removed, but that might have been omitted. Settings﹥General﹥Profiles & Device Management﹥ (previous OSes), or Settings﹥General﹥VPN & Device Management﹥ (current version OS). If no Device Management profile is listed there, then the device doesn’t have an Device Management profile at this time.
