iPad and iPhone mail not syncing

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We'd be happy to help out. If your mail isn't syncing, make sure your devices aren't using Low Power Mode, as this prevents syncing from taking place.

If the folders you're looking for are showing on the webmail for your mail account, and this is an IMAP email you're using, you might just have to delete the account and add it back to your device.

To do so, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > [affected account] > Delete account.

Once removed, follow these steps to add your account back to your device: Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If these folders aren't showing on webmail, then your device is showing exactly what it should be and you'd need to recreate these folders.
