Why is my Apple ID and account set up as a business account and developer? I am not one and don’t understand how to get it back to normal!!

It does appear that you have previously been discussing your concerns directly with Apple.

I do see some failed Apple Cash transactions using Messages; transactions that seemingly (probably?) failed to meet the required terms and conditions for the Apple Cash transfer:

Re-contact Apple and discuss this with them. They will also immediately be able to review details of the Apple ID, including any enrollment in the developer program.

Issues with Google are best discussed with Google.

Instead of asking why something strange is happening, explain what you are seeing that is confusing. A screenshot might be helpful.

Was this iPhone purchased new from Apple or an authorized reseller, or used from somebody else?

I don’t recognize either the header or the footer shown for the browser or other app viewing that Apple webpage:

Are you using that app—whatever it is—to enroll in some program associated with some business or organization?
