Titanium Watch and Metal allergy.

I’ve just realized the intense itching on my left arm is probably cause by a nickel allergy, has anyone had experience with switching to the ultra that is titanium?

If you switch to Apple Watch Ultra, you should be OK. Titanium does not have nickel in its composition and the back of the watch, which touches your skin has a ceramic back, also without any nickel.
