I am getting rashes on hand with newly bought apple watch series 9

I bought Apple Watch series 9.

I am using it since last 3 days.

now I am experiencing itching on my wrist, especially in the area where metallic hook touches skin.

You may have contact dermatitis caused by an allergic reaction or sensitivity to nickel in the metal cases or bands. Nickel is used in the hardening process of stainless steel, aluminum and sapphire crystal.
