Yes,you can update your photo going forward but how do you get the photo off the person you are calling that already has your original photo. That does not change with your update.

Well, I did this change, but it only shows up on calls going forward, all of my contacts that have the original global photo it did not change.

Not true as my contacts have a picture of me when I call and this picture is on my photos and not a photo they have of me.
