What happens to my iCloud+ photos & files if I move to a new country?

I currently have 2 TB iCloud+ subscription. And my iCloud data is very huge. I've got to know that apple will not allow to change the App Store country until I cancel my current subscriptions and use my Apple Credits. I'm moving to a new country, so what happens to my 2 TB data? Will apple hold my data until I add a new payment method of the country I'm moving or just deletes my data? I'm worried, anyone please suggestions?
