Why my siri respond to everyone’s voice?

Siri is speaker independent; it is not trained to recognize a specific voice, except to respond to “Hey Siri”, and even that isn’t 100% reliable. To train a speech app to recognize a specific voice takes hours of training, and few users would want to go to that much trouble.
