Siri answering out loud
When I ask Siri the question, "where are you" it used to answer out loud. "Here I AM" It no longer speaks out loud.

Try this: go on to the app settings, then go onto Siri’s settings, and find ‘Siri responses’. Then switch it to ‘prefer spoken responses.’
