Siri not verbally responding after 18.1.1 update

And Siri is

STILL NOT RESPONDING

after 3 resets and following ALL the suggestions — and Apple support.

Is this just me?

Has anyone else ever got Siri to respond again as Siri used to respond with questions asked about mundane topics, and yes, verbally telling me what is the weather.
