iPhone 14
I just upgraded and I can’t send pics to any non iOS devices or put them in group messages. I’ve checked all settings restarted the phone and all the other tips and tricks. Still nothing. Are you going to send out an update for that?

First, we are all users. We are not going to do anything except give advice.
Second, Apple isn’t going to do anything either, because the problem is with your carrier, who have not set up SMS/MMS correctly for your new phone. You need to contact your carrier to fix it. If your carrier is Verizon, it is a very well known problem; Verizon must remove MMS from your account, then add it back correctly.

Verizon is the one who can fix it. Another user found a way to fix it himself; I didn’t get the details, but he went into the Verizon app, used it to turn off MMS, then turn it back on. As I don’t have Verizon I can’t verify that, but a number of other users said it worked for them also. If you call Verizon the first level techs usually don’t know how to fix it; you might need to ask the first person you speak to for escalation to a technician.
You didn’t say “they” You said; "Are you going to send out an update for that?” and the answer is no, there isn’t a single user in this forum who is going to send out an update. That is what I answered.
And it is correct that Apple is not going to fix a carrier-caused problem.
I took your post to be hostile, as it accused Apple of causing the problem and demanding Apple fix it, and I replied in kind. I probably shouldn’t have, and I apologize for that.
First I just wanted to know what to do as this is advice community and if they were going to fix the problem. If they were the solution that is.
Second I didn’t know why you replied that way I didn’t say we weren’t all users and I know all you do is give advice which is what I got thank you. But I would work on the replies. When you do the first and second it’s hostile and made it seem like I offended you when Idk you but thank you I appreciate the advice.
Understood I wasn’t expecting to blame anyone. Didn’t even notice I put “you” My bad if I offended but was just looking for advice but it was very helpful regardless lol thank you. That was really what I needed to know; if I should call Apple or Verizon. So I’ll give them a call :)
Thank you so much I’m going to see if I can get a hold of Verizon. This was very helpful. I was highly irritated when I couldn’t text the family group chat. I’ll try tomorrow but might have to wait but enjoy your weekend and the holiday.
