Health App - log miscarriage / pregnancy loss

The Health App doesn’t appear to be able to log a miscarriage and I can’t ‘add a factor’ for this either, only pregnancy, contraceptive and lactation. Is there a way to do this?

If not, given the new Apple Watch specifically markets itself of helping with pregnancy logging/tracking etc and 1 in 5 pregnancies result in miscarriage (and those likely to be motivated to buy one for these reasons are also likely to have experienced challenges) I strongly encourage developers to please make logging a miscarriage, including symptoms such as bleeds, as straightforward as logging other cycle data and allowing a function to temporarily disable unhelpful/upsetting reminders about ovulation through that period.

I 100% agree and have been struggling to understand where I’m at now with my cycle. Had a miscarriage beginning of June and now the prediction has my cycle menstruating for 10 days with almost 30days between first days. I’m so lost. It’s hilarious how big they advertised this aspect of the watch and how backwards it’s functioning now. I would think after a logged miscarriage it would maybe reset and wait for another three months of data to start predictions again or something of the sort.
