how to see Steps on apple watch

Seriously, will we not have steps on the watch face in 2024? A $ $50 watch can do it, so why spend $1399$ aus?

Seriously, I own everything Apple and updated; how come this company called itself an invocation company?

Recently, my doctor also told me to take x number of steps daily, and I called the Apple team to help me, but they did not reply well. All they want is to click four times to see a number.

I am not looking for any 3rd party app, and I want the money I spend to have defaulted in it; the 3rd party app is just blocking your screen even if it's not real. If Apple can not do it, give us, and we developers can do it.

It sounds as if you have two conflicting desires. You want to be able to see steps easily on your Watch. You also don't want to use a third-party app. You're going to have to pick one.

Many of the third-party steps apps allow you to put the steps on your watch face as a complication. That means you don't have to have the third-party app as the frontmost app.

You might also want to discuss with your doctor a different way to measure your exercise. In the U.S., the guideline is 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise a week. That is very easy to see on your watch. There's nothing magical about steps as a metric.

Unfortunately, Apple hasn’t shown much interest in tracking Steps on the Apple Watch. While you can view your steps by scrolling to the bottom of the Activity app, there are some third party apps that can provide you a complication for your Watch face to display steps, which you can find on the App Store.
