I am unable to download the original groupme to my iPhone

I replaced my iphone 12 due to it was destroyed. I replaced it with a new one. I am unable to download the original groupme to the new iphone. The groupme that is downloaded is a different look and not my team.

Is it possible to download the groupme with the people that I had on there?
