A new password or verification code was sent to a private relay email for one of my apps how do I find the verification code

Verification code has been sent to Mhq*****erelay.applied.com and I can find it to load my accrue wallet

I signed up for an Apex Network account with my Apple ID, but unfortunately I’m trying to sign in to make a transaction but a code was sent into my private relay email address and I don’t know how or where to get the email verification code from
