I just upgraded to an iPhone 14. During the upgrade process, all the album artwork in Apple Music has become assigned to the wrong albums/songs on my iPhone. Everything is correct in iTunes on my MAC, but not on the iPhone. All the rest of the information for each song is correct on the iPhone, just the album artwork is incorrect.

Thank you. I ended up deleting all the songs from my phone and reloading them from itunes. That seemed to fix the problem. I also had 13000 songs, so it did take a while. I did not delete the app, but it still worked.

This happened to me when upgraded from my x to 11 upon my first sync with iTunes. And again this week with my new 14 plus. I looked up every possible solution offered on this site and opted for this: Go into settings, music and downloaded music. Then edit and delete all songs. After this, delete the music app from the phone, hard reset the phone, redownload the music app from the app store and re sync the music library onto iPhone via iTunes. It's not done syncing because I have over 13 000 songs to load but so far, every album I noticed that did not have correct artwork has corrected itself. Hoping this holds true for all albums. Good luck to you... I'm reading this has been a common problem for years.
Side note: some of my movies are also displaying the wrong artwork. I will be trying this same method with the movie app as well.
I had the same problem.
First check the music artwork is correct on iTunes on you computer.
then delete the music app on your phone then reinstalled it from app store.
(please delete music off phone first I spent all night deleting 401 tracks one track at a time via iTunes as I didn’t.)
after reinstalling music app reload music via iTunes.
I've been having this same issue for MONTHS.. Apple is unhelpful as usually for solving the problem. Dont bother re sync'n over and over again. it wont work.. only thing I could think off was to delete EVERYTHING off my phone music wise and re load fresh. My biggest issue now is un checked songs keep popping up on my music app >.< This music management has become a nightmare lately
The only issue that remains (and I hope this wasn't the case for you since you didn't delete the music app) is that it wipes all playlists and I have to rebuild them from scratch. It's a pain if you have a lot of playlists but I'd rather have to do that than have messed up artwork.
