Black Screen of Death

I bought iPhone 14 pro two weeks ago. This morning it went completely dead. The phone was 85% charged when I placed it on the charger last night. I followed the solution on your website (up volume one, down volume once then hold the power button until reboots), and it worked. But that is not the way to do business. Because of this issue Apple phones are now known as having “Black Screen of Death”. Is this how you want to be remembered? Find a permanent fix  to whatever this bug is. Apple can do better.
