I am trying to transfer Ticketmaster tickets to Apple wallet and can't figure out the process. There is no "Add to Apple wallet" in my ticketmaster virtual ticket page. Should I be starting from the wallet page instead of the Ticketmaster page?

Finally figured it out. The "add to Apple wallet" only appears if you turn your iPhone sideways.
That is the dumbest thing I have heard of. Another example of Ticketmaster's terrible customer experience

I couldn't add the ticket from the browser window, which opened up after following link enclosed in the email. Usually the browser window that opens will have an "open in Ticketmaster app" option at the top and/or the "Add to Apple Wallet" will pop up after choosing "open ticket" link. Not this time, it just opened a regular browser window without either option. Started researching and found your solution. Thank you for sharing!
@kwitt777, that was the answer! Turning your phone sideways enables the Apple Wallet icon to show up at the bottom and I could save my ticket to my wallet. What a simple solution - I'm so glad I saw your comment!!
Have you contacted Ticketmaster support? You may be able to transfer the tickets using their website. When using the website, some browser may display the site differently than others. If Safari doesn’t work try Chrome and see if it works.

Open the Ticketmaster app, view your tickets, then click on view, barcode, then click on add to Apple wallet
