To see if that is generally available, go to the Apple online store for the country where you want to buy, and go through the motions of buying exactly the unit you want. You will be able to see if options like the Swiss-German keyboard are available to be included in your purchase.

Remember that the Mac has keyboard translations (input-sources) for many common languages included, and the only part missing if you have to settle for a different keyboard is the Swiss-German specific Glyphs on the keys. You could use a keyboard chart on the wall, or add stickers to the keys to remind you.

Because of the ubiquity of English characters for web-site names, Roman Glyphs to support English are always present on every keyboard.

If you don’t see that in apple’s online store for Thailand, you will have to travel to a country where it available or buy from a non- apple source. Apple stores do not ship outside their own country.

PS I think in Thailand Apple only sells Thai, English, Chinese, and Japanese keyboards.
