My 2015 MBPro adapter/charger's light does not change from orange to green, but the top menu shows a full charge. I bought a new adapter/charger, and it does the same thing.
Any ideas? Comments?
It is a MagSafe 2 model, original to the laptop.

The indicator light is illuminated in Amber or Green on command from the COMPUTER.
The magnet is on the body of the computer, not waving around at the end of the cable. Anything magnetic (like iron flings) will accumulate on the connector on the body of the computer -- make sure it is clean and the pins are good.
I’ll check it out in the morning….Thanks. Don’t know why I didn’t think of that. I’ve cleaned other ports and connections, but not this time. Next time, cleaning will be higher on my tech troubleshooting techniques. Again, thanks.
