What to do when your phone does not let you off load or delete apps

The first place I'd look is:

• Settings
• Screen Time
• Content & Privacy Restrictions
• iTunes & App Store Purchases - Make sure Deleting Apps is marked Allow

It might be blocked by apple id and screen time. If you have any external apps such as OurPact, it can be blocked by that as well
